Originally from a technical background in the finance industry.  As Project, Technical and Operations Manager for Jubii and Lycos Communities, he has been closely associated with the products since 1999.

He handles the majority of the complex areas of the business including the managing, technical and financial director roles.

Alyson Larholm

Specialising in Community Management as a Senior Community Manager for Jubii and Lycos Europe. She has more than 11 years under her belt and an exceptional knowledge of the social networking industry, as well as being a vital link to the law enforcement agencies around the world. She handles all client facing aspects of the communities and is key in managing our experienced and friendly “Navigators” and Moderators. Additionally she is responsible for marketing, advertising and along with Dawn Studio’s, the graphics used on all of the Noesis brands.

Navigators

Our flagship product, Noesis Chat is a whole new virtual life – a way of meeting new people and having fun in a safe and friendly environment. In order to achieve this, we have a large team of expert users who volunteer themselves as ‘Navigators’. We usually have between 20-25 Chief Navigators across all eight countries, who lead a team of around 500 Navigators internationally.

Safety Administrators

Child safety is of paramount importance to us.  With this in mind we have a dedicated Safety Administrator on each country to keep our products safe and ensure that users that don’t abide by the law are reported to the authorities.

Forum Faculty

Our newest product, the Noesis Forum is in its first stages of launch. We have a team of Administrators and Moderators who are forum experts, assigned the task of keeping the product safe,  lively, entertaining and friendly to all users.

Translators

Our team of about 20 translators enable us to provide new features to all of our users in different languages. Our translators are usually existing Navigators which enables us to keep data secure.
